Practice consists of stretching for approximately 10 minutes. Then, the students will run a marked course around the school campus. They start with a 2 lap course, and build their way up to 3 laps which is equivalent to 2 miles. In addition to the cross country season, the students will also participate in various races through out the year, such as: The OLPH Fair 5K, The Orange Festival, and The Seafood Festival 5k.
