As previously noted on the tentative yearly calendar, progress reports for
the first nine weeks were scheduled to go home today. As you may have noticed, we are currently making every effort to send all notices and reports to you electronically through email or our parent portal, PlusPortals. With that being said, first quarter progress reports will be delayed as we work with Rediker to send the reports via PlusPortals. They will be available in the portal on Thursday,
September 8, 2016 by 3:00 pm through the end of the first nine weeks.
Furthermore, future Progress Reports will be available on the Thursday following each mid-‐term date. (Those dates are November 10, February 2, and April 20 for this school year). Thank you for your patience as we work to simplify our progress report process and begin to better utilize our parent portal, PlusPortals.
The parent portal can be accessed through the school website at www.school.olphbc.org. Click the PlusPortals button on the bottom of the home page. At this point, everyone should already have a username and password to access the portal successfully. In the future, we will be using Plus Portal more frequently for grades and other communication. It is very important that if you are having difficulty gaining access to your account, please let the school office know immediately. You can also email Mrs. Melerine, email@example.com for assistance. Thanks in advance for your understanding as we update to improve communication.
We will send a hard copy of directions via email and home with your child on Thursday, September 8, 2016. Thank you again for your patience and understanding. For anyone unable to complete the process, more information
