Debra Naquin attended first through eighth grade at St. Anthony School followed by four years at Archbishop Blenk High. Upon graduation, she went to Victor Business School in the CBD. Being in the Catholic School system was my top priority in raising my son & daughter. They both went through OLPH, then on to Archbishop Shaw and Immaculata High schools. Many sacrifices were made in order to send them to Catholic schools, but she would definitely do it all over again.
When the opportunity arose for her to join the faculty here at OLPH, she immediately jumped on it. I felt like it was home to me having been Room Mom for both of her children throughout their school years, and having served on just about every committee there was. She has been teaching here for 27 1/2 years and feel truly blessed to be here. It is gratifying to see so many wonderful students pass through these doors and become successful in life. She feels so very fortunate to have had the opportunity to watch her granddaughter Destiny grow into the loving and talented young lady that she is. And they owe that to OLPH.
I pray daily that we can continue to grow and strengthen into the school we had years ago. This year is going to be a wonderful new beginning. God put us all here to serve and that is what I will continue to do with all my heart.
